Matouš Kobylka, Dipl. um.

Saxophonist · Clarinetist · EWI Player · Educator

Matouš Kobylka (born May 1979 in Prague, Czech Republic) is a professional saxophonist, clarinetist, EWI player and music educator. He is active across a wide range of musical styles including pop, jazz, funk, soul, R&B, hip hop, electro and classical music.

He began his musical education at the age of five, studying recorder and clarinet at the Elementary Art School Zbraslav. He later continued his studies in saxophone and clarinet at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory in Prague, one of the most respected jazz-oriented conservatories in Central Europe.
